The other potential therapeutic method for CeD is the transplantation of multipotent extraintestinal stem cells (SCs). A doctor treated one celiac patient with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) transplant preceded. Similarly, another report suggested that in one patient with severe aplastic anaemia and CeD, allotransplant of SCs resulted in the cure of CeD even after the return to a free diet.
